ABOUT THE ARTIST

Bob Holman is from Kentucky and now lives on the Bowery in New York City. He’s the founder of the Bowery Poetry Club, teaches at NYU and Columbia, and is the co-director of the Endangered Language Alliance. He is co-editor, with Carol Muske-Dukes of Crossing State Lines, the America: Now and Here renga project. Photo by Galene Studios.
